Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT scans and support interventional procedures under a Radiologist or ER physician. This role requires accurate data gathering, patient positioning, and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality imaging for all ages.

• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete all records and billings promptly and accurately.
• Position and transfer patients and assist with interventional exams as needed.
• Send exams to PACS for physician review and maintain image QC.
