Job summary

Adventist Health in Montebello, California is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, produce high-quality cross-sectional images, and assist radiologists with diagnostic procedures. The role includes general radiography and fluoroscopy as part of imaging services.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT CT certification, CA RT license, BLS, and venipuncture certification if contrast material is used.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
• Radiologic Tech (RT) in CA: Required in CA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Fluoroscopy license in CA if operating fluoroscopy equipment: Required
• Venipuncture certification in CA if administering contrast materials: Required

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Performs a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Maintains accurate records and adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
