Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.

• BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician orders, educates patients on procedures, and schedules exams.
• Prepares and administers contrast media or medications within scope, monitors patient condition, and responds to changes.
• Prepares equipment, selects imaging parameters, performs safety checks, troubleshoots equipment issues, and conducts imaging procedures.
• Analyzes imaging results, resolves quality issues, and reports scan findings; may perform 3-D post-processing.
• Utilizes critical thinking, works independently in a fast-paced environment, and ensures high-quality imaging outcomes.
