Job Description

This posting serves as a general site for all CT applications within the Jefferson Health North region, which includes:

• Abington Memorial Hospital
• Jefferson Lansdale Hospital
• Einstein Montgomery Hospital
• Jefferson Northeast Hospital locations (Bucks, Torresdale, Frankford)

CT Technologists are responsible for:

• Explaining radiographic procedures to patients and collecting accurate patient history.
• Performing clinical diagnostic examinations, including necessary room preparation.
• Entering patient and exam data accurately into the Radiology Information System.

Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist operates CT equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 months of experience and/or training required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification required.
