Job Description

This posting serves as a general site for all CT applications within the Jefferson Health Central region, including the following locations:

• Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
• Honickman Center
• Jefferson Methodist Hospital
• Einstein Philadelphia

CT Technologists are responsible for:

• Explaining radiographic procedures to patients and collecting accurate patient history.
• Performing clinical diagnostic examinations and preparing the room as necessary.
• Entering patient and exam data accurately into the Radiology Information System.

Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic and interventional images of the body.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 months of experience and/or training
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program
• ARRT certification
