Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures under radiologist supervision. This full-time role involves a 40-hour work week, day shifts, and opportunities for higher level CT Tech II based on skills and experience.

The position requires graduation from a radiologic technology program, a minimum of 5 years' related experience, BLS, and ARRT certification within 12 months. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Radiologic Technology (Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience (Required).
• BLS certification and ARRT certification within 12 months (Required).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and power injectors to acquire diagnostic images.
• Maintain protocols based on guidelines and dose data monitoring.
• Position patients and ensure proper shielding and safety.
• Perform CT interventional procedures and CTA imaging as needed.
• Stay current with multiple CT systems across locations.
