Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Benson, AZ is seeking a CT Tech/Cat Scan Tech to join a hospital team. The role requires ARRT R.T. (R) registration, CT certification, CRT/CTCT Arizona license, and at least 1 year of experience.

BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire. The facility is a ~100-bed operation offering competitive compensation and benefits. The CT Tech will perform radiologic imaging and CT procedures, position patients, ensure safety, and coordinate with radiologists to

Qualifications

Requires ARRT R.T. (R) Reg Radiographer.
CT Certification and CRT and CTCT Arizona License required.
At least 1 year experience required.
BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.

Responsibilities

Performs radiologic imaging procedures/exams to patients of all ages for diagnosis.
Prepares and positions patients and equipment safely and according to procedures.
Performs and completes diagnostic CT examinations accurately and timely.
Assists in administration of contrast media per policy.
Obtains high quality CT images using software protocols.
Ensures quality assurance measures are met.
Communicates with radiologists regarding findings.
Ensures orders match diagnosis for proper reimbursement.
Delivers age- and culturally appropriate care.
