Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology program required.
• Minimum of one year previous experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age-specific principles to meet each patient's need.
• Demonstrated venipuncture competency.
• ARRT (R) Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supply, and equip exam room for requested examinations.
• Operate CT scanner for data acquisition and documentation of images.
• Perform interventional procedures as per standards.
• Provide patient education and adapt exams to address patient care needs.
