Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a CT Technologist to perform quality CT scans under Radiologist supervision across all ages, while maintaining a safe diagnostic radiology environment and participating in PI activities. The ideal candidate will be AMA approved Radiology Technology graduate, hold Texas licensure, ARRT registration, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Licensure/Certification required.
• Registered with the State of Texas.
• Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry within twelve months of hire date).
• CT Certification through ARRT preferred.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities.
