Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computerized axial tomography procedures, prepare and administer contrast material, and ensure patient and staff safety according to department protocols.

The role requires at least 1+ year(s) in radiology, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow. A sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Performs CT procedures per department protocols and accrediting bodies.
• Administers IV/oral/rectal contrast when appropriate.
• Maintains patient safety and responds to adverse reactions.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT exams and assigned invasive procedures.
• Reviews cases with radiologist and ensures accurate history.
• Transfers and verifies imaging data in PACS and communicates with Radiologist.
