Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills with physicians, patients and staff.
• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology completed and certified.
• Competent in CT, X-ray and standard radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for CT and radiographic exams and position appropriately.
• Verify clinician orders and review patient history.
• Administer contrast media per protocol to ensure patient safety.
• Capture and evaluate images for diagnostic quality and release to radiologist.
• Maintain infection control and equipment cleanliness per policy.
• Assist in educating department staff and participate in quality control tasks.
