Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts in Glendale Heights, IL. Responsibilities include performing CT exams, maintaining patient safety, and documenting in EMR/PACS. A sign-on bonus may be available for eligible candidates.

Required credentials include ARRT-CT or_RT(R), BLS and 1+ year radiology experience with CT training. Associate/Bachelor degrees preferred; High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in radiology and CT training program preferred.
• ARRT(R) Registered Technologist – Radiography (RT(R)) required.
• ARRT-CT preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Practices infection control and uses PPE and disinfectants.
• Performs high-quality CT exams per provider orders and protocols.
• Maintains documentation in EMR and PACS.
• Positions patients safely and ensures radiation safety and ALARA principles.
