Qualifications
- Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
- Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
- Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT exams for physicians, following departmental standards and procedures.
- Prepare patients: obtain history, explain procedures, position patients, ensure comfort.
- Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist promptly.
- Review CTs to ensure optimum image quality.
