Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a CT Tech II to perform high-quality CT exams and deliver prompt, courteous patient services under supervision. The role requires ARRT/Radiologic Technologist registration, NYS credentialing, ARRT CT, and BLS certification, with strong clinical and computer skills and a focus on patient safety.

Responsibilities include image acquisition, PACS transmission, EPIC/PACS closing, room preparation, and participation in ongoing education and quality control.

Qualifications

• Formal radiology technology training required.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist, NYS Registered, CT and BLS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality CT exams promptly and accurately.
• Position patient and ensure comfort and safety.
• Acquire, review, and transmit images to PACS; close exams in EPIC/PACS.
• Maintain room readiness and inventory; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
