Qualifications

• Associate degree or Radiologic Technology certificate required.
• Less than 1 year to 6 months CT experience required; CT certificate or cross-training preferred.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic CT competency across locations and patient populations.
• Participate in performance improvement and training.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and prepare rooms.
• Transport patients to CT and verify orders and preparation.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report concerns.
• Provide patient education and address needs.
• Document care in EHR and distribute images to PACS.
• Uphold SPIRIT values and ARRT standards.
• Apply CT principles including anatomy, radiation safety, and positioning.
