Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a CT Technologist II for the Huntersville Medical Center on a 36-hour schedule (Wed–Fri, 6:30am–7pm) with rotating call/holidays. The role covers inpatient, ED, OR and diverse CT procedures in a regional trauma center.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating CT equipment, and collaborating with physicians to deliver diagnostic scans while ensuring safety and quality. ARRT CT certification and state license are required or obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• AA/RT program accredited and APRT or ARRT CT certification preferred.
• 1 year CT experience preferred.
• Active ARRT CT certification and applicable state license required on hire or within probation period.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans across acute care settings.
• Prepare patients and assist physicians during procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, quality controls, and documentation across inpatient, outpatient, ED and OR cases.
