Join an energetic, patient-focused team! Jefferson Outpatient Imaging is currently seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a PRN position at our outpatient imaging center located in Marlton, NJ. Shifts are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are an ACR-accredited multi-modality outpatient location with free on-site parking.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the CT technologist:

1. Performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional & 3-dimensional images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.
2. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
3. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.

Requirements:

Experience:

Up to 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist.

Education:

Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two-year radiology program.

License/Certification:

Must be ARRT certified in Radiography, with current valid registration, and hold or obtain CT advanced registration within 12 months. State licensure as required. BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in operation of CT and ancillary equipment.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Accurate documentation skills.
• Understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including billing systems, digital archiving, and data retrieval.
