Job summary

AdventHealth in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking a CT Technologist for night shift. The role requires operating CT equipment, maintaining patient safety, and documenting results in EMR and PACS. Required are ARRT RT(R) with CT preferred, BLS, and strong English communication. Associates degree or higher in radiologic technology is favored.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

10k sign on bonus (must have one year of applicable experience and cannot have worked with AdventHealth within the last 12 months) 3k relocation bonus (must be relocating more than 50 miles) Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents. Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams. Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems. Educates patients about the exam and complete all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow and minimizing empty table time. Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, adapting protocols for patients of all ages.
