Job summary

MaineHealth seeks a CT Technologist to support cardiac services at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. In this role, you will perform cardiac CT imaging and collaborate with cardiology and radiology teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

This position requires a graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology, an ARRT certification, and a state license. No experience is necessary, but 6 months of CT experience is preferred. Summary

Join Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine as a CT Technologist supporting cardiac services.

In this role, you'll perform cardiac CT imaging and work closely with cardiology and radiology teams to provide high-quality patient care. This is a great opportunity for a CT Tech interested in gaining experience in cardiac imaging while working in a busy, team-focused environment.

The CT Technologist I role performs basic CT scans under supervision.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required
  2. License/Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and applicable state(s) license to perform as a Radiologic Technologist required. Certification in CT through the ARRT or NMTCB within one year of employment. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: No experience required. 6 months of CT experience preferred.
