The CT Technologist I is under the supervision of the Senior CT Management Team and performs duties pertaining to the CT scanner in a structured training environment. This role supports the development of technical skills, clinical judgment, and competency in computerized axial tomography systems. The position is designed for new graduates or technologists early in their careers, with progression toward independent practice.

Role Progression
This is a training role designed to develop competency in CT imaging.
Employees who successfully obtain ARRT (CT) certification, complete departmental competency requirements, and successfully fulfill structured clinical training milestones will be eligible for advancement to CT Technologist II.
Pay Range: $46.55 - $69.17
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
