Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC, a healthcare facility in Virginia, is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join its imaging department. The CT tech will perform high-quality scans, position patients, and ensure safety and comfort while producing diagnostic images in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Required ARRT (R) registration, CT certification within 2 years, and BLS. Minimum 2 years hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical imaging experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• ARRT (R) registration required; CT certification within 2 years of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and protocols.
• Position patients accurately for optimal image quality.
• Operate CT equipment safely in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient condition prior to and during imaging.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the exam.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Collaborate with radiology team to support patient care.
• Document imaging procedures and patient information accurately.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
