Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT Scan Department at Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. This is a Full-Time opportunity, working M- Th, 11:30a – 9p.

Technologists perform CT procedures, prepare and position patients, monitor vital signs, operate and maintain CT equipment, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging while complying with safety and regulatory standards and educating patients.

Qualifications

• Ardms/ARRT CT certification within 18 months of hire
• Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist DOH
• Experience in radiology, hospital setting and customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures per protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams
• Operate CT equipment and ensure maintenance
• Collaborate with radiologists for optimal imaging
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures
• Adhere to safety and radiation standards
• Educate patients about the CT process
