Job Summary: $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants! This posting reflects an opening for a CT Technologist I. We are seeking candidates for that position, with potential consideration for higher levels such as CT Technologist II based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Position Details
  • Union: Yes
  • Supervision: Under general supervision of the Radiologist
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Performs CT procedures to acquire digital images for diagnosis and treatment.
  2. Plans and performs CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy, and protocols.
  3. Ensures protocols are based on guidelines and monitors dose data, notifying when scans exceed preset levels.
  4. Maintains knowledge of operating different CT systems across multiple locations.
  5. Prepares and positions patients properly, ensuring safety and correct technical settings.
  6. Performs CT interventional procedures and advanced CTA imaging, including specialized studies.
  7. Maintains knowledge of pharmacology and physiology to optimize scans and patient safety.
  8. Interprets technical factors to improve scan quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience (Required)
  • Certifications: BLS, ARRT Certified CT Technician, NMTCB Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
