Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• NMCT license required.
• NMCT provisional license accepted.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical reasoning for CT imaging including safety checks and protocol adherence.
• Advocates for patients and communicates with care teams to address concerns.
• Provides compassionate, therapeutic environment and documents events as needed.
• Educates patients about scanning procedures and answers questions.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and minimize delays.
• Performs safety, calibration, and quality checks per established protocols.
