Responsibilities

We are offering a $25K Sign-On Bonus AND up to $24K towards Student Loan Forgiveness for our eligible hires!

• Performs computed tomography and diagnostic scans in designated anatomical areas according to established practices and procedures.
• Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
• Maintains patient records and files.
• Performs general CT procedures and assists with CT-guided IVR procedures.
• Provides care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Ensures quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist’s expectations and protocols.
• Complies with the National Patient Safety goals and supports compliance matters.
• Participates in quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains professional development and technical competency.
• Uses standard precautions and PPE at all times.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and licensure.
• Attends required educational programs and learning modules.
• Contributes to departmental efficiency and resource utilization.
• Demonstrates complete working knowledge of equipment within the assigned area.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Medical Radiographer license: KY (MRAD:KY) upon hire.
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hire.
• Previous CT experience preferred.
