Position Summary

Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works within scope of practice, including medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and CT scanner activities. Maintains equipment and may perform procedures in other imaging modalities or at other facilities based on departmental needs. May have on-call responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (Allied Health)
  • CPR Certification
  • ARRT RT (R) registry
  • ODH licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience or additional training in CT
Knowledge and Skills
  • Cross-sectional anatomy
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Radiology Information System (RIS), and Image Storage
  • Advanced CT computer applications
  • Radiation safety
