Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des examens de tomographie avec une qualité d'image maximale et une exposition minimale aux radiations.
• Assurer le confort et la sécurité des patients lors des examens.
• Effectuer des procédures invasives guidées par CT.

Skills

Technical skills in computed tomography

Knowledge of all vasculature and organ systems

Skilled in use of contrast agents

Basic patient care and assessment techniques

Education

State of California CRT

ARRT certification in CT

Venipuncture certification

BLS for Healthcare Provider

Performs computed tomography exams and procedures with maximal image quality, patient safety, and comfort while maintaining lowest possible radiation exposure. Exams and procedures include all parts of vasculature structures and organ systems.

Required Experience

• State of California CRT
• ARRT certification in CT
• Venipuncture certification and/or documentation of training
• BLS for Healthcare Provider issued through American Heart Association
• Clinical training – Two (2) years’ experience scanning in CT
• La City fire card within 6 months of employment
  
  

Preferred

• Three (3) years’ experience scanning in CT
