Job description

Performs computerized axial tomography imaging and special procedures as ordered/directed, according to established practices and procedures. Must have strong initiative, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workflow with minimal supervision. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist-ARRT(R) and post-primary certification as a registered CT Technologist.
  • ARRT(CT) certification within one year of hire.
  • CRT and Fluoroscopy permit.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Venipuncture certification required upon hire or within 90 days of employment.
  • MAB certification within 90 days of employment.
