United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient care and safety in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, Texas MRT license, and BLS/AHA CPR certification; prior CT experience is preferred. Candidates should have AMA-approved radiology education and be proficient in IV starts and contrast injections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences or AMA-approved program.
• CT-specific training in GE VCT required.
• 2–5 years CT experience.
• ARRT registration with advanced CT certification.
• Texas MRT license.
• CPR certification.
• AHA BLS required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic radiology procedures using imaging equipment.
• Maintains patient care quality and safety during imaging.
• Ensures proper IV access and contrast administration when required.

Performs diagnostic procedures utilizing imaging equipment while providing quality care to patients of all ages. Requires self motivation to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedures as they evolve.

Required Skills:

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Specific Training in Computerized Tomography-GE VCT required
• Two to five years experience specific to CT
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT.
• Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist - (MRT)
• CPR certified.

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology

0-1 years of experience with competency in components of computed tomography

Possession of current registry in Radiology and CT

Possession of current state registration (as applicable to the state in which the position resides)

AHA BLS required upon hire

Skilled in starting IV's and injection of contrast
