Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a CT Technologist to join a mobile imaging team supporting multiple facilities. You will perform CT exams, verify patient information, prepare contrast, and monitor patient safety across sites.

The role requires ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications, plus hospital CT experience. Strong communication and precision are essential to ensure high-quality imaging and patient comfort.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Minimum of 2 years' hospital experience as Radiologic Technologist and CT.
  • Certifications including ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT exams per physician orders, protocols, and safety standards.
  • Verify patient identity, gather history, screen for contraindications and contrast risks.
  • Communicate procedures empathetically using AIDET; assist patients with positioning and mobility.
  • Establish IV access, administer contrast safely, and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Operate CT scanners and injectors; ensure imaging techniques and dose optimization.
  • Evaluate image quality, recognize urgent findings, involve radiologists as needed.
  • Document procedures; manage RIS/PACS entries; perform quality control checks.
  • Support daily operations, maintain equipment and rooms, adhere to regulatory standards.

Role Overview:

The CT Technologist supports a mobile imaging team across multiple facilities, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
