Job summary

Banner Health in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a CT Technologist to perform advanced computed tomography procedures with precision, guiding patients through the imaging experience. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality diagnostic images and support patient care.

Opportunities exist to grow into invasive/interventional CT, with shift options including days and Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification in Radiography or NM, or NMTCB CNMT.
State licensure required for AZ, WY, NV; CT license prior to hire (not in CO).
Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography within 18 months of hire (ARRT(CT) or NMTCB(CT)).
BLS certification required.
Two years of clinical imaging experience typically required.

Responsibilities

Performs prescribed CT imaging procedures following orders and policies.
Educates patients and families about procedures and treatment.
Produces high-quality CT images and documents pertinent information for interpretation.
Operates and troubleshoots CT equipment and maintains quality control.
Maintains patient safety, confidentiality, and accurate records.
Assists with workflow and supply inventories to prevent service interruption.
