Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to support multiple imaging locations, delivering high-quality CT exams and ensuring patient safety. You will prepare patients, operate scanners, administer contrast, and maintain regulatory standards.

The role requires ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications, at least 2 years in CT and hospital radiology experience, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. Flexible shifts and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• At least 2 years hospital-based Radiologic Technologist experience and 2 years CT.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Verify patient identity, gather history, and screen for contraindications.
• Explain procedures empathetically using AIDET, ensuring clear communication.
• Position patients, assist with transfers, and use immobilization tools as needed.
• Establish IV access, administer contrast media, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Operate CT equipment and power injectors safely, ensuring accurate scans.
• Optimize imaging techniques to achieve diagnostic quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Evaluate image quality, identify urgent findings, and collaborate with physicians.
• Complete accurate documentation, manage RIS and PACS uploads, and perform QC checks.
• Support daily operations, maintain equipment, and adhere to regulatory standards.
