Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a CT Technologist in Lake Charles, LA to perform routine and advanced imaging, support peers, and help with patient flow across campuses as needed. The role requires ARRT CT/NMTCB credentials preferred, LA licensure, and BLS, with flexibility for shift changes.

Responsibilities include PACS management, collaboration with radiologists and physicians, adherence to policies and safety standards, and ongoing education within licensure scope.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required
• 1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer experience required

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
• Maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability per policies
• Promotes staff growth and engagement by collaborating with management and physicians
• Provides meaningful assistance to radiologists and referring physicians
• Ensures exams are scanned and stored in PACS
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and reports issues
• Performs other duties as assigned
