Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and radiographic procedures with attention to patient safety and image quality. The role requires accurate patient positioning, verification of orders, and adherence to infection control standards.

Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. ARRT certification and Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion are required, with CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT Radiography and CT certification required; BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify clinician orders and patient identifiers prior to procedures.
• Position patients and operate CT/radiographic equipment safely.
• Maintain infection control standards and equipment calibration.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and care teams.
