Sharp HealthCare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT and fluoroscopic procedures with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes patient comfort, accurate imaging, and strict adherence to radiation safety rules under the CT/IR supervisor's guidance.

You will be responsible for operating CT scanners, adjusting scan parameters for different patient populations, and ensuring proper documentation and billing records while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Formación

• CRT certification by CA Department of Public Health is REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional is REQUIRED.
• ARRT-CT license must be obtained within 1 year of hire or training initiation.
• Venipuncture certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CT and radiography procedures with appropriate parameters under supervision.
• Ensure radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Process images and document in the department computer system.
• Assist with patient education and transport as needed.
