Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina in South Carolina is seeking a PRN Computed Tomography Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations under supervision for radiologist interpretation. Requires graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registration, SC licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT registration (R) is required.
• SC Radiation Quality Standards licensure is required.
• BLS certification required, healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic examinations timely, accurately, and safely for radiologist interpretation.
• Review schedule/patient records 3–5 days before appointments and prepare accordingly.
• Prepare radiology suite and ensure equipment, supplies, and room cleanliness.
• Promote safety culture and participate in process improvements.
