Some schedules take over your life.
This isn't one of them.
Imagine finishing a stretch of shifts and looking ahead to weekdays that are truly yours. No fighting crowds for appointments. No using PTO just to handle life's basics. Time to recharge, explore Oregon, spend time with family, or simply enjoy a slower morning before work.
At PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center RiverBend, this CT role offers something many imaging professionals quietly wish for: a schedule that gives you room to have a life outside the department.
And when you are here, your work matters.
You’ll care for patients during vulnerable moments, help answer critical clinical questions, collaborate with physicians and colleagues who depend on your expertise, and perform a wide variety of CT studies in a busy regional medical center. Each day brings a different mix of patients, challenges, and opportunities to use both your technical ability and clinical judgment.
You’ll walk into a department where teamwork is expected, experience is respected, and patients remain the center of everything we do.
PeaceHealth has earned a reputation as a highly trusted, person-first organization. The same philosophy that guides our patient care extends to our caregivers. People do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and cared for, and that's the environment we're committed to creating every day.
Your shift starts and the department begins to move.
A clinician is waiting on answers. An emergency patient needs imaging quickly. A nervous patient has questions before contrast administration. A colleague asks your perspective on the best approach for a challenging study.
Throughout the day, you draw on experience, critical thinking, technical expertise, and compassion.
Some cases are routine. Others require adaptation, creativity, and clinical judgment. The common thread is knowing your work directly helps physicians make decisions and patients receive the care they need.
By the end of the shift, you know you made a difference, not simply completed a list of exams.
Springfield offers something many healthcare professionals spend years searching for: balance.
Your commute isn’t defined by hours in traffic. Outdoor recreation is close enough for spontaneous adventures. Weekdays off mean you can enjoy local restaurants, trails, appointments, shopping, and community events while everyone else is at work.
You’ll have access to the amenities of the Eugene‑Springfield area while remaining close to rivers, mountains, forests, and the Oregon Coast.
It’s a place where work can be important without becoming everything.
Required:
Your next CT role shouldn’t only change where you work. It should change how your life feels outside of work, too.
