Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a CT Technologist for its Level 1 Trauma Center in Raleigh. You will perform high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort while complying with radiation safety protocols.

The role requires collaboration with radiologists and a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate has ARRT-CT licensure, CT imaging experience, and strong communication skills to support timely diagnostic outcomes.

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT licensure required at time of hire.
• CT imaging experience in a high-acuity environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans per physician orders following radiation safety protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and fellow technologists to deliver timely diagnostic results.
• Maintain equipment and departmental standards.
• Uphold WakeWay through excellence in service, safety, and patient care.
