Universal Health Services is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time role at the Hypoluxo facility. The position entails day shifts (Sun, Mon, Tue 7am–7:30pm) with on-call duties and holiday coverage as part of a 36-hour weekly schedule in a busy Florida ED setting.

The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging for all ages, support stroke protocols, and maintain equipment readiness while collaborating with board-certified emergency physicians and on-site imaging and lab services within

Qualifications

• Current State of Florida license.
• Current ARRT registry in Radiology and CT.
• AHA Healthcare provider BLS.
• Proficiency with computers and general software.

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Radiologist and Department Manager, delivers CT imaging for patients of all ages.
• Utilizes equipment and techniques to assist in diagnosis or treatment and performs related procedures.
• Be available for on-call duties and arrive within thirty minutes of notification.
• Capable of crossing-train and floating to other areas to meet facility needs and assist in orientation of others.
• Recognizes stroke signs and initiates stroke alert processes; ensures CT scanner availability for head CT in stroke cases.
