Job summary

UF Health in The Villages, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging with emphasis on patient safety and quality care. You will collaborate with radiologists and the department team to provide accurate imaging while minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to patient needs, maintaining equipment readiness, and adhering to accepted standards of practice; ongoing training in CT technology and radiation safety is expected.

Qualifications

• State of FL Certified Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer license required
• ARRT(R) required
• ARRT(CT) preferred
• BLS required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient needs and provide quality patient care
• Support colleagues and associates in delivering care
• Minimize radiation exposure to patient, self and others
• Perform CT imaging in accordance with standards of practice
