Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, and follow prescribed standards across neonatal to geriatric patients.

Required: AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT training, 6 months radiology experience, ARRT registration and BCLS on hire. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under supervision by the Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups (neonatal to geriatric) following prescribed standards.

CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
