Job summary

Heywood Healthcare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for 32 hours per week, evenings and weekends, in Massachusetts. This role requires Massachusetts license to practice Radiologic Technology and ARRT certification preferred, with CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• AS degree preferred but not required.
• ARRT certification preferred; MA license to practice radiologic technology required; CPR certification required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; strong written and verbal skills; basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and staff in a friendly, courteous and respectful manner.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality while helping others to maintain awareness.
• Maintain a clean and safe hospital environment.
• Operate CT, Mammography and PACS systems to ensure high-quality images.
• Enter orders and charging procedures into the Meditech system.
• Adhere to safety policies to prevent patient falls and injuries.
