Job summary

Atrius Health in Boston is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform routine and advanced CT procedures and support physicians with accurate imaging for diagnosis.

You will start IVs, administer contrast, and monitor patients while ensuring image quality and patient safety according to ALARA principles. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a national health system.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Radiation Control license as a CT Technologist in Massachusetts.
  • ARRT registration.
  • CPR certification.
  • 3+ years of CT Technology and cardiac exams in fast-paced outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced CT procedures using appropriate protocols to aid physicians in the diagnosis of disease.
  • Provide compassionate, patient centered care and clear procedure explanations.
  • Start IVs and administer contrast safely; monitor patients throughout exams.
  • Optimize image quality using ALARA principles and perform basic post processing.
  • Verify orders, document in Epic and ensure timely PACS uploads.
  • Support STAT and urgent add on cases.
  • Follow radiation safety, infection control, and Optum policies.
  • Maintain room readiness and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
  • Perform duties of radiologic technologists as required.
