Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital on Johns Island is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures under radiologist direction. You will operate CT equipment, verify images, and prepare the room with necessary gear to deliver high-quality scans.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT/SCRQSA credentials with BLS, and CT registry should be obtained within 6 months of orientation; there is emphasis on patient care and teamwork within the imaging department.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT. SCRQSA required, BLS. CT registry required within 6 months of orientation; ARRT/SCRQSA must be obtained.
• Education: Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and/or ARRT / CNMT.
• Experience: Experience preferred. Must meet job responsibilities and annual evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT diagnostic procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Operate diagnostic CT equipment and verify high-quality images.
• Prepare room with necessary supplies and assist in scheduling, inventory and related duties.
