Job summary

Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA, is seeking a CT Technologist for Diagnostic Radiology. This Per Diem role offers variable shifts up to 80 hours and requires on-site work to provide high-quality CT imaging.

The ideal candidate will perform CT procedures with attention to radiation safety and patient care while supporting a multidisciplinary team in a mission-driven hospital.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or AMA-approved equivalent in radiologic technology.
• California Radiologic Technologist certification required on hire.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association on hire.
• ARRT registration in Radiography on hire.
• Within 1 year of hire, RT-CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction performs a variety of CT procedures at a skilled technical level.
• Applies prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.
• Works within a patient-focused team to ensure safety and image quality.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to radiology department policies.

CT Technologist - Diagnostic Radiology at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Dime and will work <80>-hour, Variable shifts.

Under general direction performs a variety of CT procedures at a skilled technical level requiring the ability to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis.

Required Qualifications:
