Qualifications

• ARRT radiography certification or NMTCB certification is required.
• Current state radiography licensure as required by the state where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room and equipment for patient exams, ensuring sterile technique.
• Explains procedures to patients and documents variations from protocol.
• Transports and assists patients; maintains patient chart status.
• Produces diagnostic CT images and ensures they are ready for radiologist review.
• Maintains infection control, safety, and quality assurance in imaging procedures.
