Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Georgia is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will apply ionizing radiation safely to produce high-quality cross-sectional images that support patient diagnosis and treatment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training, ARRT certified and BLS certified, with a preference for at least 6 months of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training.
• Registered by ARRT and certified as Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS certified is required.
• Preferred: 6 months experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations following physician orders and standards under the Radiologist's supervision.
• Provide patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Maintain image quality and patient safety during CT procedures.
