Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Imaging Technology.
• 0-1 year with competency in components of computerized tomography.
• Possession of ARRT Radiology and CT Registry or Texas Medical Board license; CT Registry within one year post graduation.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs using CT scanner and imaging techniques.
• Evaluates images for technical quality and assists practitioner with fluoroscopy and CT procedures.
• Performs venipuncture and administers contrast media as prescribed.
• Maintains quality control of equipment and reports malfunctions; applies aseptic techniques as required.
