Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registration and California Radiologic Technologist license.
• CT ARRT certification and Venipuncture certification; BLS certification required.
• Minimum of two years in acute hospital base experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and position patients to obtain diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures, verify orders, and document patient information.
• Ensure image quality with proper exposure and patient safety.
• Rotate shifts and work assignments; adhere to safety, HIPAA and infection control policies.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment and participate in QA and performance improvement.
