Job summary

SEH Saint Elizabeth Medical Center, Inc. seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to operate radiographs and CT scans for diagnostic interpretation. The role requires ARRT(R)(CT) registration, active CPR certification, and state licenses for radiography in KY and Indiana.

You will ensure high-quality imaging and comply with HIPAA and safety standards. You will also handle patient data, correct coding, and participate in QA/QI activities.

Qualifications

• Education and National Credentials: ARRT(R)(CT) Registered; Current CPR certification.
• State Licensure: Kentucky KBMIRT Radiation Operator's License - Radiography.
• Indiana State ISDH License – Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Student Permit.
• Specialized knowledge includes injections of intravenous contrast agents and cross-section anatomy.
• Adequate clinical experience from an approved radiology program.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic and CT equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensures accurate patient data recording and correct procedure charging/coding.
• Reviews images for high quality and performs QC/QA as needed.
• Uses HIPAA-compliant computer systems and maintains patient privacy.
• Adheres to safety standards and hospital policies in all procedures.
